The Hunger Games- Now onto The Priests Grave Yard By: Ted Dekker

I finished the sequel to "In the Belly Of Jonah" and it was really good. I loved the book "Lots to Sodom" it was almost better and a little bit more intense. It was a more real life murder that you could actually see happening. If you want to read these books I got them at the public library here in Belle.

Last Week I read the first book of "The Hunger Games" it was absolutely amazing I thought the first book was great and I can't wait to start reading the second book of "The Hunger Games". I should be going to the movie here soon and hopefully the movie is as good as the book but I doubt it. I guess I don't need to tell anyone to read this book because just about everyone knows about them and has read them because there such a good catching book.

The new book I started today for the week is "The Priests Graveyard" By: Ted Dekker. It's about a man from bosnia who watched his mom and sisters get raped and shot and he hid and didn't do anything about it. He did kill all the 4 soldiers who raped and murdered his mother and sisters. Now he is a priest in the United States and kills "bad people" he kills men who rape women and children. It sounds weird but in a way he is doing good but I think he should let the law enforcement handle it, but he takes it in his own hands. Then there's this OCD millionaire who saved a girl and now she is living prom him and they got married, she is running from her pimp who wants her dead and now she found out her husband knows about the "priest". There time may be running out to hide.

"Lot's Return To Sodom"

Well, I started "In The Belly Of Jonah" By: Sandra Brannan It was a great book I read it in about oh three days she writes amazing books, and another cool thing is she is a South Dakota author so all her murders which yes they are fiction, it has to do with sturgis and colorado. It's really neat basically reading a book where a murder is based off some where in the hills where we live. The book was great, In the Belly Of Jonah is intense and you don't know who the murderer is till the end and with this book I can't go into to detail because it would give away to much info. It was great and I think anyone who is into murder mysteries would like this.

I am now reading "Lot's Return To Sodom" By: Sandra Brannan. Its almost a sequel too In the Belly of Jonah. Its the same girl Liv Bergen from the last book I read. Now the murders have to do with the sturgis bike rally. Liv watches bikers basically rape a girl then she passes out and almost dies, then liv gets a call about another girl found dead and a man and streeter the cop from In The Belly Of Jonah comes back and is looking into these murders as being a serial killer murder now. It is so far very good and I think it will be just as good as the book to the 1st sequel.

End Review- Next In the belly Of Jonah

Well In th woods was an absolutely great book. Definetly had a twist to it. Not everyone they thought that was murdered in the woods 20 years back was. One man was taking it into his own hands to just make it all go away because his daughter was the one, to help lure the monster into the woods, it was supposed to be a prank but the prank went all wrong and two ended up dead. So they all fled, 2 not knowing that someone hows some way they had helped the monster kill two people.

Now I am going to start reading In the Belly Of Jonah it's about a serial killer, and it almost analyzes why he does what he does and why he is such a monster. They are trying to stop him, but so far no one can , they bring in speacial people to be able to get into his mind and firgure out why he keeps killing and why he does it in the way that he does. This is just what I got by reading the inside of the cover, I should have a better review when I start the book (:

Guilty As Sin End rewiew. The Woods a new book (:

"Guilty as Sin"was absolutely amaxzing. I definetly didn't think that the book would turn out the way that it did in the end. I know I say this about every end review, but before I finish every book I try and guess who it will be and why it happened, sometimes I guess it square on and sometimes I'm shocked at what the ending was. Every book I read no matter what I end up loving it. This is another great review for this week. So far through my whole blog experiance there has only been one book I don't like. I definetly recomend this book (:
Now for this week I'm reading "The Woods" by: Harlan Coben. I haven't read anything by him but I just started the book today and I am on Chapter 7 it hooked me right in the prologue it starts off with four murders. Then in present day they find a guy they thought was murdered 20 years back. They bring in a suspect but the guy was the one who went missing with the "supposed suspects" sister they thought all along they were murdered with the other two kids but they only found 2 bodies and 20 years later a guy that is supposed to be dead already was murdered and now maybe the mans sister is still alive and if she is why hasn't she came forward, what is she hiding from or hiding?

Tami Hoag: Guilty As Sin

Well it's Monday and time for a end of the book review and, cheers to a new book I'm reading. J.D Robb Betrayal in Death. It was a great book I really liked it it kept me hooked threw the whole book. I recommend it to people who love mysteries and romance. I was talking to Rhianna and she said that she read all the J.D Robb books to, and said they were excellant, and I definetly agree with her on that! I really liked the end of the book, they caught more then just one killer and came out with many others. The end was some what sad but it definetly was a fantastic book ! (:

For this week I am reading "Tami Hoag: Guilty as Sin" I love Tami Hoag books she's very good with building suspense and keeping you hooked from page one to the end of the book. I read one of her books "Deeper Then The Dead", and just absolutely loved it. I started this book last night and I am on chapter 6 already and I love it, I always read the prologue and that's what tells me if I will like the whole book or not on how good the suspense is in the prologue. This boy goes missing but gets returned and a cop is beaten and supposevily it's by a psychologist teacher at there college who they think took the little boy but... He's in a jail cell, so who brought the little boy home.. Is it an accomplice or is the psychologist inisant... or like the cover reads is he quilty as sin ??? J.D Robb Betrayal In Death

The book I'm reading for this new we is "J.D Robb Betrayal In Death". It is a great book right off it starts out that this cop and her millionaire husband who is basically and ex-pocket theft and con man, he changes his life so that he can settle down with a nice girl. He finds one but her name is Eva and she's a beautifully and sexy cop. Well there at this party and there maid for his hotel he owns gets strangled by a hit man and raped and they have him on camera, they know exactly who the guy is his name is Yost they just have know clue where he hides out and. He is trying to take down Eva's Husband Rourke by killing people under him and people he is close to.

I just I love the book I was into right when I started reading the prologue. I know the more I read the better it will get. This book is by: Nora Roberts and she is an excellant author I have read many books by her and have loved them all. Her murder mysteries always have a taste of Romance in them so it's a little bit of murder and love put together in one book. It keeps you hooked the whole time and you can't wait to turn the page. My review for this book so far is it is "EXCELLANT".

If she should die the end review (:

I finished if she should die last week. It was amazing it grabbed me right away as I said in the first chapter it kept me pulled in for the whole week that I read it. It just kept getting better and better I could hardly ever stop reading. The end was definetly not how I thought that it would end. The killer I didn't even think could be the killer I just never put two and two together. It was a "fantastic" book I absolutely loved it. I just absolutely loved this book I could read it again because it was so good ! (:

There was alot of people that died and I don't think that they were necessary deaths. The killer was definely a psycho though. He had lost his first love in a car crash and his mother was a prostitute and didn't care about him so his girlfriends family took him in and taught him manners. They died in a car crash though and after that he went crazy without that family. He wanted revenge on just everyone. Then he got mixed up with Dara and she was going to out him. But I can't tell you who the killer was you will have to go and get this books.(:

On to a new book (:

I read The Face last week and I finally finished it, it was a great book. It definetly had a twist at the end, it didn't end how I thought It would I can't really tell you anything because it would give it away and I don't want to give a way anything about this book.It caught me by the first chapter and if you like strange murder mysteries it will catch you in the first chapter and keep you on your toes till the last page of the book! If you really want to know how it ends well go get it at the library and read it (:!

Now for this week I am reading If she should die By: Carlene Thompson. I have never read anything by this author. When I read what the book was about I was already hooked. I started the book last night and I am already on chapter 3 it had me hooked by the prologue. It's about this girl Dara who went missing one night and had been threatning to run away for awhile and they firgured that's what she did. Her dad Ames has been getting blunt straight forward messages from her saying she's well. But they just had a body wash up on the shores of West Virginia and they think that it may be Dara's body. It's been in the water rapped in plastic for over 3 years so there is alot of decomposition. Ames, Daras dad took in Christine and her brother Jeremy as well when there parents died in a place crash and some thinkg Jermey or Christine may have killed her or her deranged boyfriend or some stocker. The Face

I am on chapter 66 in The Face it is absolutely amazing. The main characters are Ethan and Aelfric Ethan is an ex-cop who works at Pallazo Raspo and he is a cop who takes care of security and is sometimes who watches Aelfric. Aelfric is 10 years old his dad is a famous movie star and his mom is a supermodel and they are divorced. Aelfric is basically being stalked by this creeper who wants to kidnap him and keeps telling Aelfric he needs to find a place to hide because chaos is coming. Ethan and is partner Hazard they have been having weird things they have dreams that they are murdered and is completly real but then they wakeup and there fine but they have things like bells that they were given when like Ethan he got ran over by a truck was completly paralyzed and kept reaching for the bells so the paramedic cut him bells that were hanging in the ambulance and gave them to Ethan then when he wokeup he had the bells so some how some way he was dead but really isn't it'svery confusing. I'm still trying to firgure out how to put this all together. There are alot of murders and by the same person he says he is dead which almost makes sence but I don't understand how he could be. There is this guy Dunny who is Ethan friend who was in a coma in the beginning of the book they labeled him dead but he never made it to the morgue and is now missing so there's another "ghost guy" walking around they can't firgure out how he's alive or walking. The book just keeps getting better and better.

Becca Z she recommended this book and couldn't wait for me to read it. Now I am recommending this book its absolutely amazing and catches you right away in the first couple pages. I have not been able to put it down. I said in my last intro about the book that it was somewhat sci-fi but it's definetly not it's a murder mystery all the way. I should have the book finished for next week's final review and I think it will be a great review because so far I love this book! (:

The Face By: Dean Koontz

Well I started a new book last week, but I could not get into it. The book the Glass Window was really bad it wasn't going anywhere, it wasn't as good as I thought it would be so I do not reccomend that book since I couldn't even get past chapter two. The book was based back in the olden days kind of and was just weird talking that I could hardly understand it just wasn't worth reading.

The new book I am going to try and start reading is The Face by: Dean Koontz. This is more of a book that is more in the future kind of thing and are killers are not normal they are more of a fantasy killer. The last Dean Koontz book I read was more to do with like these Alien people taking over there town and they had to save the children they sound like dumb books but there actually really good they end up being murder mysteries but they almost could be catergoized as sifi to.

I'm really excited to start reading the face and being able to post about it. Sorry about the last book but no point in blogging and giving reviews on a crappy book. Hopefully by next week I will have a good review on The Face and maybe someone will want to read it after I give it a good review. (:

The last of The Devils Star and on with a new book (:

Well, I finally finished The Devil's Star it was a great book. The end was definitely a twist I wasn't ready for. Not all of the characters died like some of you may think. I was even shocked with the ending of my book. It definitely wasn't the ending I was expecting it was a lot more exciting than I thought.

Harry he changed a lot in the end and him and Rakel finally were able to work out everything that they needed to workout. The killer in the end was definitely not the person who I thought it would be. The way he had planned and killed everyone it was definitely interesting. As a review I think if you like mystery's and complicated characters this is the book for you.


As for this week I have started a new book that’s called The Glass Rainbow two s is about a new murder and new place. This one is based in Mississippi and it is two different things going on there's murders and then a cops daughter who his dating and in the wrong crowd with the wrong guy. I should be further in by next week for a better review! (:

The Devils Star Blog 2

Hello,

Today is a new week which means a new review is in store. I'm still reading The Devil's Star a murder mystery by Jo Nesbo. Last week I was on Chapter 15 they had just found another murder case it was a woman who was a secretary and was killed in the bathroom in broad daylight and when people were still in the building? Suspicious... Who would have the guts to kill in broad daylight when anyone could step through the door...? Find that out next week.

I just made it to chapter 19; they are still investigating the new murder. There is the main character who is Harry he is an alcoholic and is investigating on who killed his best friend which was a girl and he thinks it was Tom Waaler a man he works for. Harry is in love with Rakel and her son Oleg but they are not together because of Harry's problem. Right now Tom Waaler is trying to help Harry get back on his feet and gave him this new case of the three murders. Which are three girls who are very promiscuous and have all been murder somewhere where they fill safe and protected...? But obviously they should not have been so believing of not being murdered or found because the killer still found away in through friendship, love, anything but of all the women they knew there murderer. Now it’s leading to a five pointed pentagram which signifies (The Devil) Harry is trying to figure out what this has in common with murderer. The Devils Star by: Jo Nesbo

For my weekly book I am reading The Devil's Star by: Jo Nesbo. Jo Nesbo is from in england and bases all of his books in Norway. I've noticed that his books are very hard to get into, but once you get into the book it's down hill from there it's gets more intense by the chapter. This book is about a serial killer who uses diamonds as a symbol, but I can't tell you why because well that would give away the plot ! So far I really like The Devil's Star it's pretty intense. I'm only on chapter fifteen and so far it's gotten alot better than when I first started reading it. Jo Nesbo he goes back and forth between the characters in the chapter and I think that's why it's so hard to keep up with the book, because you need to remember what happened to each person and be able to put it all together by the next chapter. Well that's my blog for the week. Look next week and by then hopefully I will know everything that happened in The Devil's Star! (:
